1. Scope and Operator Details

This notice explains how Nesqual Tech SRL uses AI-assisted functionality across its public website, support workflows, knowledge retrieval tools, and selected internal delivery operations. It is designed to support transparency, human oversight, and proportionate risk control in line with our operating practices and applicable law.

2. AI Features We Use

• Website AI assistant functionality for informational guidance and first-line support responses.
• AI-assisted drafting, summarization, retrieval, and knowledge-support tools for internal workflows.
• Selected creative or productivity tooling such as content ideation or image-generation features where explicitly offered in the product.
• No fully automated public decision-making for hiring, credit, legal advice, law enforcement, or other high-risk determinations.

3. User Disclosure and Labeling

When AI-assisted functionality is exposed to end users, we aim to make clear that:

• Responses may be generated or assisted by AI models and can be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
• Outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon for operational, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• Users should avoid entering confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal data into conversational interfaces.

4. Human Oversight and Decision Boundaries

AI output is advisory. Final business decisions remain with human staff, clients, administrators, support agents, or project owners. Users may escalate to human assistance through our contact, support, or sales channels where a critical or ambiguous issue requires review.

5. Data Inputs, Logging, and Retention

We apply data minimization and purpose limitation to AI-related workflows. Inputs, prompts, responses, usage events, and diagnostic logs may be stored for security, troubleshooting, service quality, or audit purposes for an appropriate period consistent with the underlying business function and our Privacy Policy.

Optional AI telemetry or non-essential analytics remains disabled until consent is recorded where the law requires consent.

6. Limitations and Prohibited Reliance

• AI systems can hallucinate facts, misread context, or produce content that requires correction.
• AI output must not be treated as formal legal, tax, employment, medical, or safety advice.
• Users must not rely on AI output alone when processing personal data, taking disciplinary action, or making other materially significant decisions.

• We review prompts, outputs, and system behavior when investigating abuse, failures, or safety concerns.
• We can suspend, reconfigure, or remove AI features if they present unacceptable risk, error rates, or misuse patterns.
