Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Luxembourg. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating security practices into the DevOps lifecycle while ensuring efficient software delivery pipelines and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in programming, containerization, DevOps tools, and cloud infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation and Scripting:

Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) using languages like Python, Ruby, Go, and Shell scripting.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD (required), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery processes.

Configuration Management:

Implement and manage configuration management using Ansible (required) to ensure consistent and scalable infrastructure deployments.

Version Control:

Administer GitLab server setup and management, and support development teams with Git usage for effective version control in projects.

Containerization and Orchestration:

Manage containerized applications using Docker or Podman and orchestrate them using Kubernetes or OpenShift to ensure high availability and scalability.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Utilize Terraform or CloudFormation to provision, manage, and version infrastructure in a repeatable and reliable way.

Monitoring and Logging:

Set up and maintain monitoring and observability systems using Dynatrace (strongly preferred) and other tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack for real-time monitoring and alerting.

Security and Compliance:

Integrate security practices across the software development lifecycle, leveraging static and dynamic analysis tools, compliance scanning, and vulnerability assessment to ensure secure code and systems.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on security in DevOps practices.

•Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Shell scripting.

•Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD (required), Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

•Strong experience with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible (required).

•Expertise in containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

•Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

•Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

•Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure coding practices, and compliance regulations.

Preferred Skills:

•Experience with security tools for static and dynamic analysis, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.

•Experience with managing infrastructure in cloud environments.

•Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
