Job Overview:

As an Application Support & Automation Integration Officer specializing in Automic support, you will assist the IT team in maintaining and optimizing business applications. Your main responsibility will be managing and enhancing Automic jobs and handling alerts to ensure they are fully optimized for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide software/business application support in a cross-functional DevOps team.

•Conduct analyses on software application performance and suggest optimizations.

•Ensure front-end and back-end functionality of applications.

•Collaborate with software developers, testers, and business analysts to improve application performance.

•Oversee code migrations across different environments for synchronized functionality.

•Identify root causes of application errors and provide solutions.

•Keep records of configuration changes and schedule application updates and upgrades.

•Document changes and processes for future reference.

•Provide support to both internal users and external clients.

•Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requirements:

•Vocational training or diploma in Information Technology or related field.

•At least 3 years of experience in application support, with a focus on Automic administration.

•Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software application issues.

•Strong knowledge of SQL Server and core banking systems.

•Experience with workload automation (Automic), archiving systems (Documentum), production job monitoring, and secure data transfers.

•Ability to coordinate and deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and production environments.
